Seven waterfalls stepping down a gorge near Henrietta, with natural pools you can swim in. The island's best half-day canyon walk, and best done with a local guide.

Seven falls in one valley, most with a pool at the bottom, and hardly anyone there on a weekday. The upper pools are a short walk; getting down to the lower falls is a proper scramble and the reason people hire a guide.
Access from Henrietta village; the upper viewpoint and first pool are reachable on your own. The full descent past all seven falls should be guided: the route is unmarked, the rocks are slick, and the river rises fast after rain. Wear shoes you can swim in.
